This is a jacket that I patterned and tailor for the character Seymore in  Little Shop of Horrors.  This was the first bit of menswear that I had been able to do since the COVID-19 shutdown.  It was so nice to just get my hands back into tailoring.
 First fitting. I had very few measurements of the actor available to me when I started the patterning process.  I was able to take the few I had and guesstimate the others in order to create a mockup jacket to fit.  Overall, it worked very well.  Th

 Fabric fitting.  Due to the many changes we made in relation to the collar and lapel, I decided to mockup the top collar for the first fabric fitting to ensure that everything worked before creating the actual top collar. Photograph by Grace Keenan.
